This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to employees, as well as supporting networks, firewalls, wireless network, remote access, backups, DR, and security infrastructure. They will also install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all hardware, software, and services, while ensuring an optimal computing environment for the business users. ***This is primarily an onsite position Why join us?
