• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues within government administration systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation of all network components.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and enforce network security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Provide training and support to end-users regarding network access and usage.
• Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and trends to enhance network performance and security.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network support or a similar role, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Knowledge of network security practices and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
