Job Title: Oracle HCM Test Engineer
Job Summary
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for Oracle HCM modules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop testing strategies
Identify and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results
Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM releases, patches, and updates, and assess impact on testing strategies
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including HR, Payroll, and Benefits
Experience with testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Proficiency in test automation tools, such as Oracle Test Manager or similar
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
