Pilot Plant Operator

• LOCATION : East Hanover, NJ
• PAY RANGE : $60,000 to 70,000 Annually

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately weigh and mix chemicals for various projects.
- Conduct testing and characterization of products to ensure quality and compliance.
- Calibrate and maintain equipment and instruments to meet operational standards.
- Document processes and maintain accurate logs and records to ensure traceability and compliance.

**Qualifications:**
- Relevant experience in chemical manufacturing or a similar field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Familiarity with equipment calibration and maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain thorough documentation.
