You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure that our marketing initiatives resonate with our target audience and drive product adoption. Why Procede? - This is what our VP of People & Culture has to say...watch this video Primary Job Responsibilities Create high-quality marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, white papers, and blog posts, that effectively communicate product benefits and features. Creates, edits, and distributes product release announcements Assists with the development and maintenance of collateral, including online information, data sheets, etc. This is typically performed as part of product launch tasks but can also be as part of a unique marketing campaign or project. Executes product launch tasks. May own a specific launch or be a team member for larger product launches. Assists with trade-show preparation as needed including updating presentations, completing preparation tasks, and attending shows. Researches market and industry to understand competition, product environment and related market trends. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; training on Procede products, visiting customers, attending trade shows, reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and/or participation in professional organizations. Develops an understanding of organization's major initiatives, programs, services, events and products and participate in company training sessions. Performs other administrative and support duties related to the daily operations of the department. Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with product management and sales teams to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies for product launches. Collaborates with the customer success team to gather feedback and insights from customers to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies. Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness. Work closely with design, development, and other marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive marketing strategies.
