Duration: 13 weeks (with potential for permanent placement)
Schedule: Days, 5x8-hour shifts per week; no weekends. Flexible start times at 7 AM, 8 AM, or 9 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact patients by phone to update prescription records.
• Educate patients on Penn Pharmacys refill services and encourage enrollment, with a goal of converting 510 patients daily.
• Play a pivotal role in the expansion and improvement of the pharmacy outreach program.
• Adapt to evolving processes and serve as a leader in this new initiative.

Training and Work Environment:

• Onsite Training: Downtown Philadelphia clinic.
• Remote Work: Transition to remote work after training.

Qualifications:

• License: Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (required).
• Skills:
  • Strong munication and patient engagement abilities.
  • Adaptability to new methods and changing processes.
  • A patient-focused approach and enthusiasm for innovation.
