Retail Warehouse Supervisor - Moda CenterClick Here to Apply OnlineJob Description Levy Sector Position Title: Retail Warehouse SupervisorPay Range: $21.25 to $24.00 A LITTLE ABOUT USLevy is proud to be the Food, Beverage, and Retail partner for the Rose Quarter: Home of the Portland Trail BlazersDiversity of thought and inclusion for all is what drives our success - we invite you to start your Levy journey with us today We are looking for friendly & energetic individuals who are ready to create memorable moments as a Retail Warehouse Supervisor.Join our team to be a part of the exciting 2024-2025 NBA season We at Levy are partnering with the Rose Quarter to create a shared vision of elevated and inclusive hospitality that proudly embodies Portland's unique food story.A DAY IN THE LIFE While no two events are quite the same, here's what you can expect as a Retail Warehouse Supervisor - Responsible for the oversight of receiving new product to the retail warehouse, including verifying quantities of merchandise as well as noting damages or discrepanciesSort and store product in proper areas while maintaining an organized, clean, and safe working environmentMonitor inventory levels both online and in-store to ensure accurate stock availability across all channels as well as stock of essential supplies such as tags, tape, shipping boxes, etc.Conduct regular inventory counts, reconciliation of any discrepancies, and update stock numbers as neededAssist with e-commerce order fulfillment by pulling inventory, packaging, and shipping all customer orders with precision, ensuring timely deliveryPress and customize jerseys according to customer specifications while maintaining high quality standardsPrint and tag merchandise with correct UPC and priceAssist in game-day operations prep, including setting up fixtures, registers, and merchandise product for each retail location as well as stocking essential supplies such as bags and receipt tape for each locationPivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment)Perform any other duties as assignedTHE PERFECT MATCH We might be a great match if the below applies to you - Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable momentsComfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphereWork both independently and with a teamHave a keen eye for displaying and promoting merchandiseStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to adapt and learn new technology/programsMaintain excellent attendance and able to work morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and possibly holiday shifts as scheduledAbility to work under pressure, particularly during peak times such as Black FridayExperience in retail or warehouse operations required, fast-paced environment preferredExperience in Shopify, ShipStation, and RetailCloud preferred (or a willingness to learn)Enjoy free food (we'll feed you during every event shift)Authentic Levy Authentic Levy is the phrase that describes the power and uniqueness of Levy's Vision, Mission, and Family Values in action.
