Salary: $41,000 - $45,000 + commission

Our mission is to offer exceptional customer service: our famous "Wow" effect, and to create an inspiring brand that reflects the reality of our customers to allow them to be the best version of themselves every day. We are currently looking for a talented and passionate individual to work as a Personal Stylist in our boutique in Pittsburgh. This is a full-time position that allows the successful candidate the opportunity to grow in a challenging and rewarding work environment.

What are the responsibilities of the position?

Consultations :

  • Advise customers on style, trend, fabric, and fit.
  • Follow up daily with production on customer orders.
  • Fitting of customers.
  • Establish a call-back process with each customer to assess their needs.
  • Develop professional and lasting relationships with customers.


Administration :

  • Participate in the completion of daily tasks.
  • Update work tools daily.
  • Keep up to date with new standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional work environment.

Merchandising :

  • Maintain the visual and cleanliness of the store daily.
  • Participate in the monthly rotation of the visual.

What experience do you need?

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of men's fashion and custom clothing is an asset
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Good priority management
