Job Description

Assist Project Managers in preparing clients’ Transfer Pricing documentation and other related work streams, encompassing tasks such as conducting benchmarking studies, industry and company analyses, and report writing using a variety of public and private information sources. Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting and economics concepts. Showcase the ability to conduct financial research and analysis, with experience in financial modelling. Demonstrate the capability to deliver high-quality analysis within tight deadlines, taking full ownership of the work and learning diligently on the job.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop understanding of basic Transfer Pricing concepts through continuous monitoring of UAE tax/transfer pricing regulations and practical application in daily work.
• Conduct global benchmarking studies using various third-party sources and region-specific databases.
• Perform industry and company analyses utilizing diverse public and private information sources.
• Draft basic Transfer Pricing reports in accordance with OECD or UAE TP regulations.
• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of economics and accounting principles, applying them effectively in transfer pricing projects (e.g., use of standard statistical techniques, financial ratios, and data classification).
• Analyse and perform financial margin computation and adjustments as applicable by working with accounting and financial data.
• Collaborate with the assigned team on Client engagements and provide updates to the Senior/Project Manager on the progress of the engagement.

Requisite Skills:

• Exhibit inclusive behaviour in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, showcasing strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word with excellent typing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Possess keen attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years Transfer Pricing or related tax experience or extensive/rich experience in the financial services sector.
• B. Com / BBA/ BBM/ BA (Economics)/ M.Sc. (Statistics)/ MA (Economics)/ MBA/CFA.
• Any Additional Degree/ Diploma/Specialization in fields related to International Taxation, Financial Instruments Market, Specialization in Quantitative Finance.
