About the Job:

• Manage large matters from inception through trial and appeals.
• Assemble and maintain case related documents, and draft pleadings and correspondence.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.
• Coordinate discovery responses, including large document productions.
• Conduct research using Westlaw, Lexis, and Pacer.
• Assist with the preparation of filings, including Bluebooking, Shepardizing, and cite-checking.

About You:

• Experienced. You have at least five (5) or more years of Litigation Paralegal experience in a large law firm. Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Detailed. You know how critical quality work is in a legal case. Organization and an eye for detail are key.
• Articulate. It’s essential that you possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy. You have extensive knowledge of database software and are proficient in Microsoft products.
• Unflappable. You thrive under pressure and enjoy working hard for the firm and its clients.
