Purpose of Position: to source qualified candidates to fill job openings, build relationships within the local community, and create and maintain an applicant pipeline. Manage Applicant Tracking System to track candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Essential Functions: (must be able to perform these functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation).
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting from initial recruitment and sourcing to screening, interview, and offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and work with Human Resources to create interview questionnaires.
- Work closely with Human Resources and hiring managers to review and update job descriptions and job requirements.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels such as job boards, company website, social media platforms, job fairs, and outreach initiatives.
- Screen applicants, evaluate resumes, relevant background, and job qualifications for job openings.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System to track candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual requisition reporting to ensure compliance with company recruiting and staffing policies and procedures.
- Works closely with a compliance team as needed for recruiting and staffing compliance evaluation preparations.
- Schedule and participate in all interviews. Collect and analyze feedback from interviews to facilitate the decision-making process and maintain interview records for compliance.
- Communicates with candidates throughout the hiring process, extends job offers, and processes onboarding notifications.
- Provide weekly staffing and recruiting status updates, and applicable metrics to management.
- Responsible for applicant flow tracking, disposition processing, and required reporting to ensure requisitions meet compliance requirements.
- Conduct interview training for hiring managers to ensure adherence to staffing policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings by participating in outreach and recruiting efforts. Partner with schools and local organizations and serve as company representative for outreach initiatives.
- Ensure hard-to-fill positions are filled in a timely manner by developing creative recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and represent Segers Aero Corporation at recruiting job fairs and functions and promote company culture and reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Some travel may be required.

- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using fractions and decimals; compute percentages, ratios, rates and interpret graphs.
- Must be able to comply with OSHA requirements and standards to properly wear all applicable PPE.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly and more, with assistance occasionally.
- Must be able to see within the normal range of vision with or without corrective lenses.
- Must be able to hear running machinery.
- Must be able to use hands, wrists, and fingers repetitively.
- Must have exceptional eye-hand coordination.
- Must regularly be able to reach overhead.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old or older. A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of eight years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required. A minimum of eight years of Applicant Tracking System experience is required. Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
Work Conditions:
Generally works in an office environment. Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, vibrations, and loud noise.
