Job Description

SEO Specialist [Remote or On-site]

Imagine changing the world the way Penicillin changed medicine or the Beatles changed music. We're doing something just as revolutionary in the world of business insurance. We're simplifying the insurance process for small businesses by making it easy, affordable, and online — no agent needed. We're growing fast, and we're looking for passionate people like you to join us!

About the Role

As an SEO Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving our organic growth strategy. Your focus will be on developing and executing SEO initiatives that include keyword research, content optimization, link building, technical SEO, and more. You'll need a solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, and be able to use this knowledge to create effective strategies that boost organic rankings and traffic. Your ability to collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams will be critical in achieving business goals. Success in this role is measured by your ability to increase qualified organic traffic that leads to conversions and business growth.

What You Need to Succeed

You're an SEO pro with a passion for organic search. You know what it takes to craft successful SEO campaigns and are eager to apply that expertise to a growing business. Your project management skills are top-notch, and you have a data-driven mindset that allows you to measure, track, and analyze campaign performance.

You excel at collaborating with others, whether you're working with stakeholders, content creators, or fellow SEO professionals. You also embrace the fact that SEO involves constant learning — you're comfortable adapting to changes and failures while finding new ways to improve.

When it comes to SEO, you know how to balance past results with future goals, and you're able to set clear, measurable objectives that drive results. Above all, you're humble, hungry, smart, and proactive — and that's exactly what we're looking for.

What We Offer

160 hours of PTO annually, plus two floating holidays (4+ weeks in total)
Quarterly bonus structure and promotion opportunities
Great 401(k) plan with company match
Free mental health and therapy tools
Employer-subsidized health, dental, and vision plans
And much more!

In addition to all the great benefits, you'll have the chance to be part of an exciting, fast-growing company and work alongside a team of truly remarkable people.
