360 Immigration Law Group is hiring a Social Media Manager / Marketing Coordinator who Speaks and Writes in Portuguese and English in Coral Springs, FL.

As a Marketing Assistant at 360 Immigration Law Group, you will play a vital role in driving our company's marketing efforts and contributing to its growth. We have a lot of great ideas for marketing, but we need someone to implement. We need someone with the drive and self-motivation needed to manage vendors. This important position involves continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics and message. This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company’s visual representation through use of creative media, advertisements, branding, and positioning. You'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences.

Your basic responsibilities:

· Support the marketing team in the delivery of experiential marketing campaigns

· Copywriting (web, social media, collateral)

· Create high-quality graphics and videos for digital, web, social media, and occasionally print

· Design marketing materials, such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, posters, etc

· Review and execute SEO/SEM strategies

· Assist in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness

· Day-to-day social media management

· Video editing

 

These items are non-negotiable:

· You must have strong administrative skills, be organized and detail-oriented

· You must be comfortable working with various computer programs, databases and systems

· You must be reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality

· You must be a positive, high-energy team player who is results-oriented

· You must speak and write fluent English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus!)

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills, and will possess knowledge of transitional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing. Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Design Suite. Candidates must be detail-oriented and will have experience in marketing, advertising, or communications, with past experience as a marketing assistant or similar role preferable.

 

This is a part-time job, so you MUST be able to work * in the office * for 20-30 hours per week. Hours are negotiable as long as they fall in-between 8:30am and 5:00pm, and you must be available to work and be in the office Monday – Friday.

 

The first 90 days of employment are a probationary period and you will be considered a temporary employee. The starting pay for this position is $18.00/hour, dependent on experience, and with opportunities for performance increases.
