This position will serve as a Systems and Procedures Analyst who is responsible for ensuring Legislation, VA manuals and standard operating procedures are documented and adhered to in the Program areas within FSC. Incumbent performs in depth analysis of FSC business lines or special request received from within and outside the FSC.

Physical Demands : Work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required.

This position involves a multi-grade career ladder. The major duties listed below represent the full performance level of GS-11. At the GS-9 grade level, you will perform assignments of a more limited scope and with less independence. You will progressively acquire the background necessary to perform at the full performance level of GS-11. Promotion is at the discretion of the supervisor and is contingent upon satisfactory performance, availability of higher level work, and availability of funds. Promotion is not guaranteed and no promise of promotion is implied.

Major Duties :

• Coordinates the presentation of and presents information supporting administrative internal operating programs covering all echelons and components of the agency.
• Identifies a need, gathers, organizes, and maintains information, determines its importance and accuracy, and communicates it by a variety of methods.
• Work with Product Managers to create annual roadmap, project plan and establish milestones that can be used to deliver products and features.
• Ensures validity of data used in various system.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, requirements, and their priority.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 01/13/2025.



Time-In-Grade Requirement : Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS - 9 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS - 7. For a GS - 11 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS - 9. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials.



Provide a copy of your last or most recent SF-50, "Notification of Personnel Action" to indicate your current federal status. You must also submit additional SF-50(s) to clearly demonstrate one year time-in-grade as required in the announcement. For the GS-11 Level:
