About The Role

Join Mochi Health as a User Researcher and play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, user-friendly experiences that make healthcare more accessible and effective. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure every decision is informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. What You'll Do
  • Analyze behavioral data using tools like Hotjar, PostHog, or similar platforms.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods with the ability to choose the right approach for each project.
  • Advocate for users and design experience that meet their needs while achieving business goals.

Who You Are
  • 2+ years in UX research or a related role, with a proven track record of shaping product decisions through impactful insights.
  • Skilled in behavioral analysis using tools like Hotjar, PostHog, and survey platforms, with bonus points for A/B testing and quantitative analysis.
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, choosing the right approach for each project.
  • Passionate about crafting seamless, user-centric experiences that balance user needs with business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns and design principles to create intuitive, high-impact experiences.
  • Able to design elegant solutions for complex workflows with a fresh aesthetic approach.
  • Experienced in building scalable UI components while maintaining consistency.
  • Proficient in Figma, Framer, and collaboration tools like Miro for high-fidelity design and prototyping.
  • Works cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to align on priorities and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Comfortable presenting complex findings and design decisions in a clear, compelling way to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passionate about pixel-perfect execution and crafting experiences that drive engagement.
  • Always exploring new research methods, tools, and design trends to push the boundaries of UX and product innovation.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $130,000 to $130,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
