Contract Product Designer (UX / UI)
Position Overview Our client is seeking a skilled Product Designer (UX/UI) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-friendly interfaces and experiences, contributing to the development of our design systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital products.
This role would be about 40 hours per week, fully remote, for about 6 months to start with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design effectiveness.
- Utilize Figma for creating and prototyping designs, and maintain design documentation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and manage design tasks using JIRA.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, specifically in UX/UI design.
- Strong proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.
- Experience in creating and managing design systems.
- Familiarity with JIRA for project management and task tracking.
- Good understanding of SaaS products and their user experience dynamics (nice to have).
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing (nice to have).
