Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent, where you will play a vital role in supporting data enrichment tasks for our valued clients. What You'll Do:

Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed, ensuring professionalism in every interaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively, providing exceptional service.
Verify information supplied to our clients by third-party entities using online databases to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined in your training, adhering to client guidelines.
Conduct data entry, verify vendor resources, manage board certifications, and follow up with various state boards to track statuses.
Execute tasks in a timely manner while upholding our quality standards.
Be prepared to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

Willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Availability for 40 hours per week, with an immediate start.
Adaptable and flexible, with a proven ability to navigate process and information changes.
Ability to work independently while also thriving as an active team member.
Must have a suitable work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
Proficiency with computers and online systems is preferred.
Compensation: $16 USD per hour
