Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Shipping Associate, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations by ensuring accurate and timely shipments of products. You will be responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with the warehouse team to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label orders accurately and efficiently.
• Shipping: Prepare shipments, including selecting appropriate packaging and arranging for carrier pickups.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure they meet our standards.
• Documentation: Complete shipping and inventory documentation accurately.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize workflows and meet deadlines.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Problem Solving: Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to shipping and inventory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping role is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages of various sizes (up to [weight limit] pounds).
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.
