- Foster Collaboration: Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams with clear and efficient communication.
- Problem-Solving with Integrity: Address challenges proactively, providing solutions that align with project goals and client satisfaction.
- Efficiency Focus: Ensure that projects are scheduled and executed with optimal efficiency in communication, budgeting, and resource management.
- Idea Meritocracy: Actively engage in our open-minded approach to issue resolution, contributing innovative ideas that improve both project outcomes and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Leadership & Team Management: Exceptional ability to manage teams with discipline, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes effective and efficient workflows.
- Project Expertise: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or a related field. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ProCore, Google Suite) is a plus.
- Open-Mindedness: Ability to embrace different perspectives and apply creative solutions to project challenges.
- Efficient Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on transparent, timely reporting to stakeholders.
Why Join Us?
- Immediate Impact: We value your voice and encourage you to take ownership of projects from day one.
- Collaborative Culture: Work with a team that thrives on transparency, respect, and shared goals.
- Professional Growth: Opportunities for advancement as you contribute to larger, more complex projects.
- Fun and Purposeful Work Environment: We believe that construction is fun, and we want individuals who share our passion for building.
