We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Maintenance Sales Rep. This role is a key position within our organization, responsible for the sale of preventative maintenance contracts for HVAC systems within the commercial sector. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in the industry, an in-depth understanding of mechanical systems, and a strong ability to manage accounts and build client relationships. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives for profitable maintenance sales growth within the commercial sector.
2. Identify potential new clients, understand their needs, and present tailored HVAC maintenance solutions that meet their requirements.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand the technical aspects of HVAC systems and provide accurate information to clients.
6. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all client interactions are logged and updated in the CRM system.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and the regulatory environment to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive.
8. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the HVAC or related engineering industry.
2. Proven track record in sales, with a focus on maintenance contracts within the commercial sector.
3. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, specifically HVAC systems.
4. Exceptional account management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
5. Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close sales contracts.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proficient in the use of CRM systems and other sales-related software.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required to meet with clients.
