Job Description

  • Conduct research on and analyze corporate compliance issues
  • Assist with investigations
  • Assist in preparing correspondences, legal documents, regulatory reports, and presentations
  • Assist with marketing efforts
  • Assist with administrative tasks

Required Education and Experience

  • Successful completion of one year of law school
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Education and Experience

  • First Year Law Students Preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented, have exceptional follow-through, effectively prioritize, able to multi-task and manage workload
  • Well organized and able to work independently on some projects, but also work as a member of a team
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
