Pharmacist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and well-being by accurately dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and counseling patients.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to patients.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and potential drug interactions.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and potential interactions.
• Manage inventory levels and order medications as needed.
• Adhere to all pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Provide patient education and health information.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current California state pharmacy license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
