Position Summary: WanderLuxe Escapes is seeking a dedicated Office Travel Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in providing administrative support, customer service, and travel assistance to our clients and team members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling travel inquiries, reservations, and itinerary updates.

  • Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing travel documents.
  • Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy.
  • Anticipate and address any issues or concerns that may arise during travel, providing prompt assistance and creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of travel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the office and ensure a positive client experience.
